 Sacred Ground Yoga Teacher Training...

is intended for those students committed to deepening
their practice and to increasing their understanding of yoga
principles and its application in everyday life. If you desire
to grow and transform, moving toward your highest
potential, this training is for you whether you plan to
teach or not.

Yoga is profoundly transformative and enriching.
Learn to unlock this treasure for yourself and others.
To carry and share the teachings of yoga is the
highest of all gifts you can give; to yourself and to
others.

You will gain...    Knowledge   Skills    Confidence
through the study of Anatomy/Physiology, Philosophy
of Yoga, Techniques/Methodology/Principles of Yoga.
Training will include meditation, chant, an asana
practicum and self study using oral and written work.

We will meet 13 weekends (Sat/Sun) from 8-5 PM
Cost of program: $1500.00,
which includes cost of books and materials.

Final date for registration is September 15 TH.
This training is limited in size in order to offer
 individualized attention to each student.
